1. How is a payment calculated?Here is the formula for how a payment is calculated: Payment = [(previous balance) + sales - returns + bonus + allowance release] - return allowance* - $2.50. *Allowance = 10% x [(previous balance) + sales - returns + bonus + allowance release] Things to keep in mind:

When ClickBank makes a sale of my product, how long does it take to appear in my stats?ClickBank stats are updated within two minutes from the time of purchase, so both publishers and affiliates can access their accounts almost immediately to view their up-to-the-minute earnings. 3. Where can I view my sales?Upon logging into your account, you are automatically directed to the "Account Home" page. This page contains the sales subtotals for the three most recent pay periods and the sales subtotals for the last fourteen days. The bar graphs next to each day's subtotal give you a quick visual picture of how each day's sales compare to the other days. You can also click any of the bars to see the transactions from that day. From this page, you may select the "Reports" tab for an overview of past activity by pay period, or you may access your detailed daily stats by clicking the "Reporting" tab followed by "Transactions" under "Reporting". 4. Are there any other sales reports available from my ClickBank account?Our technical team has also set up the "Paychecks" and "Transactions" stats so that you can import the information from those reports into a spreadsheet. That way, you can manage the information further, as needed. To import:
5. Are there any sales reports for recurring billing products?Yes! If you are selling or promoting a recurring billing product through ClickBank we provide a summary within your account. To find this information, log in to your account, select the "Reporting" tab, and then go to "Analytics." If ClickBank has sold any recurring subscriptions or installments for which you were the publisher or for the affiliate, you will see a link under a section called "Recurring Billing Subscriptions & Installments." 6. How do I run a sales report?To run a sales report within the stats in your ClickBank account:
To do this, see below: To search by item number: If the customer's order does not appear, check the following: Make sure the customer's email address is spelled correctly. Make sure that you are entering the address the way that the customer entered it when s/he made the purchase. If the customer accidentally misspelled their address at the time of the purchase (e.g. joe@msm.com instead of joe@msn.com), you will need to search for joe@msm.com on your credit report in order to locate the order. If the information before the @ is unique, you can try just searching by that part of the email address. For example, if the customer's email address is ilovepizza123@hotmail.com, you can just do a search for "ilovepizza123" using the email address field. Make sure you have the correct month for the customer's purchase. 7. What are the "Credits" and "Debits" checkboxes for?These checkboxes will restrict your results to include only the specific transactions that you would like to see. For example, if you want to see only refunds, you would uncheck all the boxes under "Credits", then uncheck all the boxes under "Debits" except "Refunds", then select "Go". Note that you can also select "all" next to either "Credits" or "Debits" to check or uncheck all the boxes in that category. 8. How do I locate a particular sale?From your "Reporting, Transactions" page, you can search for an order in your transaction reports using several different pieces of information. Before you begin, make sure that "Sales" is selected under the "Credits" heading.

How do I filter on certain transaction types?You can filter transaction types by selecting sale, bonus, refund, chargeback, bounced, or charges in the transaction details report generator and selecting Go. 12. Where can I find aggregated transaction detail for my account?After entering your account, go to the "Reporting" tab and select "Analytics" on the sub navigation. This will take you to "Transaction Analytics", which allows you to select parameters in order to group transaction data by tracking code, vendor, affiliate, publisher, product, and hour of the day. The report will produce the following results for the time period and parameters selected. The columns in the result set may vary from report to report.
13. What does "No Affiliate" or "No Tracking Code" represent in my transaction analytics report?These values represent the sum of all transactions that contained no value for that request. 14. How much aggregated transaction data do I have access to in the reporting analytics tool?You may view the most recent 90 days worth of aggregated transaction data. Hop data is only available for the most recent thirty days. 15. What statuses exist for "Paycheck" reporting?Paychecks can be in any of the following statuses at period end:
